Click here for the full sized image.
Tap on the navigation button highligted in the image below:

This should launch your default navigation app to guide you to the charger.
Click on the location of your choice to check if the chargers at that particular location are available. Chargers that are unavailable will be greyed out.
This should not be the case but if it happens, it may be due to a network issue. Please be assured that our technical support team will work with the network provider to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
There is a unique five- to six-digit station ID that is displayed on both the charger in the App and the actual physical charger. Please select the charger with the corresponding numbers in the App.
It usually takes less than a minute for the charger to start charging, especially so for DC chargers. We recommend that you wait for the App to reflect that the charging session has commenced before leaving the vehicle to charger. You may also check your vehicle dashboard to confirm that charging has commenced. Typically, the DC charger takes a longer time than AC to begin charging.
There might be some communication error between the charger and your vehicle. If you are able to unplug the charger from your vehnicle, it is safe to drive off. Please be assured that once the vehicle stops charging, there won't be any charges to your credit/debit card. As such, there won't be any additional charges billed to you for charging that did not take place. Our support team will receive an alert about the error and we will look into the issue as soon as possible.

If you still need to charge your EV and the charging session is reflected as ongoing in the App, please call our support hotline at 68818383 for immediate attention.
It could be that onboard charging sysyem of your EV has not been designed to charge at the rate stated on the charger. You can still charge your EV, although at a charging rate that is limited by your EV.
Your EV car has a built-in system to prevent it from overcharging. However, you are encouraged to unplug the charger once charging is completed to give other EV users the opportunity to use the charger.
The charger cannot be unplugged when it is still charging as the plug will be locked in position.
Try locking and unlocking your EV a few times before you unplug.
You can either wait for the other EV to be done, or use the App to find the next nearest EV charger that is available.

However, if the charger has stopped charging while in session, you may need to unplug and restart the process to complete the charging, Alternatively, you may want to try different chargers at that location.
The e-stop button can be activated under these circumstances:

  • In the event of unforeseen situation such as fire hazard/ flash flood during charging
  •
  • In the event there is sudden lightning and thunderstorm while the vehicle is still charging at an unsheltered station, and the user is unable to unplug the charging arm despite several attempts to unplug it.

Please DO NOT press the e-stop button:

  • When you encounter a situation where the vehicle has stopped charging but the App shows that the charging session is still ongoing; or
  •
  • When you are unable to unplug the charging arm after charging has completed.
In general, for Alternate Current (AC) charging, not all energy goes into the vehicle’s battery. This is commonly known as “transmission loss” - an additional 12% to 15% of energy that is used to convert energy from the charger to the vehicle’s battery, depending on the onboard systems in the car. However, EV owners can be assured that the battery is still charged optimally.
